Angus Properties Partner with Global Ocean Logistics.

In the dynamic world of property development, collaboration is key. Global Ocean Logistics Limited, a prominent logistics company in Northern Ireland, has recently partnered with a thriving property developer based in Belfast. We are thrilled to be part of an ambitious redevelopment project that’s set to transform Belfast City Centre.

As part of the project, an expansive building site is being meticulously restored from the inside out. The ultimate vision is to transform it into a thriving hub of co-working offices. This is where our expertise as an NI logistics company truly shines.

Since the start of the project in January 2023, Global Ocean Logistics has been responsible for the intricate logistics required. We have already successfully imported over 50 full container loads, each filled with an array of construction materials and machinery. From solar panels to cement mixers, scaffolding to fibre board sheets, and everything in between – we’ve managed the complex logistics.

Even the smallest items, such as screws and bolts, are handled with the utmost care, ensuring that they reach their destination securely and on schedule. This level of meticulous attention to detail sets us apart and makes us a trusted partner in this massive operation.

As we continue to support the project throughout 2023, we eagerly look forward to its completion. There is a unique sense of pride in seeing materials we’ve transported transformed into a beautiful, functional space.

Keep an eye on our blog for updates on this exciting redevelopment project. At Global Ocean Logistics Limited, we’re not just a logistics company – we’re part of the transformation and growth happening in Northern Ireland.
